Begin by filling out our inquiry form and scheduling a virtual call. After we meet, we will schedule an in person property tour so you can experience the barn and land in person. Once you are ready, we will send a contract and invoice through HoneyBook.

A signed rental agreement and your non refundable initial payment of 2500 to officially reserve your date.

Yes. Your date is secured with a 2500 non refundable initial payment. The remaining balance of your rental fee is due 60 days before your wedding. If you would like to make additional payments before that 60 day deadline, you are welcome to set up your own custom payment plan through HoneyBook.

If you need to cancel more than 90 days before your event, you will receive a refund of any payments made above the 2500 non refundable initial payment. If you cancel within 90 days of your event, no payments are refundable. We will try to reschedule if necessary.

Our barn is not climate controlled, so weather is an important consideration. For early November weddings, we recommend renting heaters and planning for additional layers or winter attire for guest comfort. We are closed from mid November through April.

Absolutely. We begin with a virtual call to ensure you have all the details you need, then we will schedule a guided property tour so you can see the spaces in person.

We do not provide food service or bar service directly. We highly recommend hiring licensed, professional vendors. Bartending must be provided by an insured vendor. Caterers typically set up along the north side of the barn near the bar.

Yes. For single day weddings, couples must secure event insurance covering the date of the event and the total guest count. For Wedding Weekend Packages, insurance must cover both Friday and Saturday and reflect total guests for both days. We provide recommendations in our preferred vendor list.

Yes. You have full creative freedom to choose vendors that fit your vision. We also offer a Preferred Vendor List filled with trusted, vetted professionals who know our property well.

Yes. Well behaved pets are welcome for ceremonies and photos. We just ask that they remain supervised and are not left on the property after hours.

The farmhouse is a charming on site home available to rent separately or as part of our Wedding Weekend Package. Many couples use it for getting ready, family lodging, rehearsal dinner gatherings, or late night hangs.

Events may run until 11:00 PM. All guests, personal belongings, and vendors must be fully cleaned up and out of the barn and bridal cottage by 12:00 AM midnight.

All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartending service. No self serve alcohol is permitted.

We will help you build both a strong Plan A and a confident Plan B. If rain or severe weather rolls in, your ceremony and reception can be seamlessly moved inside the barn. The space transitions beautifully and allows your entire celebration to stay comfortable, dry, and running on schedule.

Yes. We offer ample on site parking for guests, vendors, and shuttle drop offs.
