From your first inquiry to the moment your guests arrive, our team is here to guide you, answer questions, and make sure every detail feels cared for. You will have access to a peaceful property, a welcoming team, and a space that adapts to your vision with ease.

RENTAL STRUCTURE
4-hour minimum rental (This includes your setup, event time, and clean-up.)
Starting at $1,400
Additional hours: $350 per hour

Full use of the barn and surrounding outdoor spaces
Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests
Outdoor bar shed and concrete dance floor
Multiple outdoor gathering areas: koi pond, firepit, barn, paved dance floor, front lawn
On-site venue manager during event hours for support and smooth operations
Outdoor restrooms for guest convenience
Ample parking for all guests
Please note that our barn is not climate controlled. Fans and heaters are included with your rental, but we always recommend securing additional equipment based on seasonal weather conditions *

A 700 non refundable initial payment is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you will receive a refund of any payments made above the 700 non refundable initial payment. If you cancel within 30 days, no payments are refundable.

Your rental includes full use of the barn and outdoor spaces, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, the outdoor bar shed and dance floor, outdoor restrooms, an on site venue manager, and guest parking.

Yes. You are welcome to bring in your preferred vendors for catering, décor, entertainment, and more.

Yes. Event insurance is required for all special events, regardless of whether alcohol is being served. You will need to secure a policy that covers the date of your event and your total guest count.
